Creativity within the sequence



Having the confidence to being as creative and open-minded was the main goal to this film, and this was the reason why I chose to tackle this project alone even if this was my first project, I really wanted to throw myself and see what I could really do on my own. The result might not be the best, but however I'm proud to say this work had gone the exact way I hoped it did, despite losing the project the first time, It still gave the whole experience another story within the story.

Soundtrack

This was the most interesting part for me, as I've always wanted to make a soundtrack to accompany visuals that I've directed. The music part wasn't as easy as I thought, because I realized if you were gonna have music into your film, it will affect the message you're trying to get across or at least whatever you're trying to tell your audience.

Planning and Executing



Everything was basically D.I.Y when it came to pre-production and the production itself, however I had help from my best friend Natasha and my other close friend Matt. From drafting on paper scene by scene of what I wanted it to look like and eventually free-typing it down to the computer. When it came to production day everything went smoothly and we were able to get all the footages needed in the ghost tower by 30 minutes.

However you might notice a big difference in the rough cut and the final outcome as a big issue occurred when I lost all the information in my Mac and I was ready to give the film another until Mr. Harrison saved the day my discovering the rough cut and that meant I didn't have to do the sound track again. Lucky enough I managed to dig up some of the original footages and only had to re-shoot 3-4 scenes, enough to pull through.



Camera 

Natasha's sister Natalie is experienced when it comes to filming, I was really proud of most of her shots as she's done more than I ever could.

Editing 

This was one of my first time editing a movie besides a music video, I found it quite challenging but having the music to accompany me really to the weight off in a huge way, It's basically syncing the visuals to the soundtrack accompanied my Saranya's great voice.

I'm gonna be honest and admit the editing was rushed after a deadline was close but I really gave it my best as everything had to be done as quickly as possible.
